Jason Prevost D.C.
An Opelousas native, Dr. Prevost has been a board-certified chiropractor since 2003. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette in the spring of 1999 and then enrolled at the highly ranked Texas Chiropractor College (TCC) in Pasadena, Texas. As a chiropractic intern, Dr. Prevost was appointed as Chief Intern - a prestigious position - where he mentored junior interns in diagnostic and treatment techniques.
After completing an intensive 4-year program, Dr. Prevost earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, with honors. Following graduation, Dr. Prevost gained experience in a multitude of clinics -including the American Family Chiropractic College in Cologne, Germany where he served as Chief Doctor for 2 years.
With more than 200 hours of advanced nutrition and functional medicine training, Dr. Prevost utilizes his vast knowledge and experience to develop comprehensive and integrated treatment plans for his patients. His mission is to restore health through chiropractic and nutritional science in a community in dire need of natural alternatives.
Dr. Prevost lives in Carencro, Louisiana with his wife of 27 years and their son, Griffin. They are actively involved in their church and look forward to serving the Lafayette community.
